NANS OGUN JCC COMMEND THE STUDENTS AND MANAGEMENT OF ICT POLYTECHNIC IGBESA FOR CONDUCTING A FREE, FAIR AND CREDIBLE ELECTION.
The leadership of the national association of Nigerian students NANS OGUN JCC hereby commend the students of ICT POLYTECHNIC IGBESA over the conduct of a free, fair and credible election.
The NANS OGUN JCC students electoral monitoring team led Comrade Bamgbose Tomiwa witness a peaceful election where students of the institution was given a free access to choose leaders that will paddle the canoe of leadership for the next academic calender in the institutions.
The leadership of NANS OGUN JCC AND NAPS commend the student electoral team chairman Comrade Adekunle Qudus Adeleke for giving the students and credible election without any form of favouritism.
We also commend the management of the institution headed by the rector Dr (Mrs) Engr. Oluwafunke Akinkurolere for giving a level free play ground for the students before, during and after the electioneering process. We also acknowledge the presence of all security personnel most especially the Nigeria police for the peaceful and conducive atmosphere during the conduct of the election.
NANS urge all students of ICT POLYTECHNIC IGBESA to support the newly elected executives in taking the institution to the next level. We also advice all political structure in the school to accept the result of the election in good faith and they should not allow any of them to be used by any politician to disrupt the peace enjoy in the school for their own personal interest and gain. The chairman of NANS also advice politician who want to instigate some students in causing commotion in the school to resist from such actions as the leadership of NANS under my watch will not hesitate to grant them persons-non-granta of 5kilometers away from the institution and we shall declear them enemy of Nigerian students.
We congratulate the newly elected executive of the students Union government led by Comr. Ogunleye oluwatosin Eniola as we urge you to make Paramount the interest of all students in the institution irrespective of their political ideology.
NANS OGUN JCC also use this medium to register the displeasure of our students and the entire community on the worrisome state of the road that leads to ICT POLYTECHNIC IGBESA, we urge the government to quickly intervene in putting the road in a good shape so as to put an end to the suffering of our students in that axis of the ogun state.
We also use this medium to congratulate the executive of national association of Ogun state students (NAOSS NATIONAL BODY)under the leadership of Comr. Ogunrombi Gbemileke for the success of their senate meeting held at Gateway ICT polytechnic saapade and urge them to use the mandate given to them by the students to ensure that the right and interest of naossites is been protected at all times.
